Meanwhile, Studio Ghibli fans are obsessive little freaks who fall in love with moody cartoon wizard men and call it a personality trait.
So Duolingo gave them the most dramatic reminder ever to get back to their lessons: Owl’s Moving Castle, a traveling movie theater screening Ghibli classics in their original Japanese. City to city. A cinematic love letter to the fandom.
Because why send a push notification when you can send a whole movie theater.
This charming campaign was created for the Young Ones Student Awards 2025 Duolingo brief.
